What counts as a Shout?
A Shout is feedback a visitor chooses to send. Simply visiting your website, seeing a question or closing it does not use a Shout.

Monthly Shout allowances apply across your account and reset at the start of each calendar month. Your existing feedback stays available when you reach the limit.

How do email alerts work?
On Growth and Scale, you can choose how many visitors need to report a problem on a page, and over what period, before Patrolo sends an email to your verified account address. Shouts also stay in your dashboard so you can review them and mark issues resolved.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Starter includes one website, monitoring and a Shout inbox with 25 Shouts per calendar month. No credit card is needed. Growth gives you up to five websites, 500 monthly Shouts and email alert rules.
What happens when I reach my Shout limit?
Your existing Shouts stay available to review. Further Shouts are not accepted once you reach your account’s monthly allowance. The allowance resets at the start of the next calendar month, or you can choose a larger plan.
