Less guesswork.
More “ah, that’s it.”
Patrolo keeps an eye on how people use your website. When something seems wrong, it asks what happened.
You get useful feedback in plain English, with the page attached. Here’s how it comes together.
A little setup.
A lot less checking.
You look after your website.
Patrolo helps you see where it needs attention.
Add your website.
Give it a name, enter its address and add Patrolo’s small code snippet to the pages you want to monitor. Use your builder’s custom-code settings, or ask your developer or AI coding tool to add it.
Let Patrolo keep watch.
As people visit, Patrolo learns about activity on your pages. It looks for clues such as repeated clicks, forms that keep failing and buttons that don’t seem to respond.
Give visitors a way to tell you.
When a chosen trigger fires, a small question asks whether anything is wrong. They can reply, say everything’s fine or close it and carry on.
Know where to look.
Replies arrive as Shouts in your dashboard. Read them by website or page, mark issues as you work through them and set email alerts for repeated reports.
A polite question.
A useful answer.
This is the human part of Patrolo. A visitor can tell you something a chart can’t: “I can’t send the form.”
We call that reply a Shout. Short, voluntary feedback from the person who actually ran into the problem.
Nothing gets sent.
Is anything wrong with this page?
A working example. Your words stay in this browser and aren’t sent anywhere.
A heads-up.
On your terms.
You decide when Patrolo should email you. For example: three people reporting trouble on the same page within an hour.
Choose the types of activity that can prompt a question, adjust how sensitive Patrolo should be and set a pause between visitor prompts.
Email alert rules come with Growth and Scale- When
- 3 visitors send a Shout
- Where
- On the same page
- Within
- 1 hour
- Then
- Email me a heads-up
What Patrolo can see.
Patrolo monitors activity while people use your site. It needs visitors to spot problems, and it won’t catch every issue or automatically test a page when nobody is there.
It doesn’t read form values, record keystrokes or take recordings of people’s visits. The words in a Shout are words a visitor chooses to share.
